Full-time preferred but part-time considered for the right person.

Based in Wotton-under-Edge, Gloucestershire, we compile the UK database of companies that make or install windows. To keep the information up-to-date we undertake thousands of telephone interviews each year and we are currently looking for a person to join our friendly team.

You will have a confident and polite telephone manner, ask questions quickly and clearly, and record answers accurately.

Relevant experience preferred – for example, you may have worked as a researcher previously or as a Customer Service Advisor, Customer Service Executive, Customer Service Representative or in a Contact Centre or Call Centre etc. However, full training will be provided for the right person.

Basic PC skills (especially web browsing) and some familiarity with Word, Excel or Access would be an advantage but is not essential.

• Benefits include:
  £15,000-£16,000 salary pro rata & depending on experience
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro-rata if part time). Christmas Eve also a holiday if it falls on a weekday
